HasOffers says that online advertising is interrupted

Affiliate tracking software company HasOffers said that online advertisers are working with a broken model.

And HasOffers just announced one new without cookie technology, Adtribution called the advertisers to see the influence which allows several partners and the Publisher relations on a single user.
