Dell Customer Advisory Panel days reunion

Dell invited a dozen or so customers, including myself, this week for the Dell Customer Advisory Panel (Dell CAP days) at their headquarters in Round Rock, TX.

This was the first Dell CAP a reunion days, which took place in June 2010.

People invited were in social media by active customers in the United States, and the day focused managers and employees on discussions and interactive areas between the customer and Dell.

While days reunion received the Dell CAP we a update on Dell transformation and their response to comments from a year ago.

The progress was summarized in video about how they the issues have.

We also have development enhancements and what is and is part of a tour of the social media listening command center.

The highlight for me was when we had a chance to chat with Dell founder and CEO, Michael Dell. It was really impressive to see how invested and support he can be heard of the initiative and act on things.
